You will report to the Administration Support Manager, providing essential administrative support to Facility Management functions. This role requires two to three years of relevant administrative experience, excellent time management, and robust customer service skills. Your duties will include handling inquiries, managing databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft correspondence and reports for FM management
• Liaise professionally with stakeholders for inquiries
• Support Parking Management tasks and cross-training
• Maintain and update the Parking Administration database
• Organize meetings and produce minutes as needed
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of administrative support experience
• High typing speed of 55+ words per minute
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
