Your role focuses on supporting the pastoral staff and managing campus operations effectively.
In this crucial position, you will work closely with the Campus Pastor and Family Ministries Pastor, playing a key role in various administrative tasks and campus activities. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills and be comfortable using systems like Planning Centre and Mailchimp. You will facilitate events, manage welcome team schedules, and engage with the community to help fulfill the church's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate administrative tasks for the Willowbrook Campus
• Support Campus Pastor with event setup and logistics
• Maintain scheduling for the Welcome Team
• Facilitate smooth communication for campus rentals
• Engage volunteers for various campus initiatives
Requirements:
• Proven church leadership experience, volunteer or staff
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to utilize digital tools for communication
• Emotional health and maturity in leadership
• Agreement with NLCC’s mission and values
