As a Document Controller, you will ensure all documents are accurately processed for engineering and project management services in the energy sector. This role involves consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to respond swiftly to internal and external document requests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and file engineering documents and drawings
• Generate and distribute project-specific reports
• Upload documentation to SharePoint with correct metadata
• Perform routine quality checks on outgoing materials
• Coordinate with clients and vendors for timely deliverables
Requirements:
• 2-8 years in document control or administration
• High school completion or relevant diploma
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Share Point
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork
