Job Title: Office Administrator (NOC 13100)

Salary: $38.00 per hour + 10 days paid vacation; 30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage office administrative procedures and assist in improving operational processes and workflow efficiency.
  • Set work priorities, assign duties to administrative support staff, and ensure company procedures and deadlines are followed.
  • Coordinate administrative records, payroll documentation, supplier invoices, and internal office filing systems.
  • Coordinate office services including office equipment, supplies, maintenance, security arrangements, and general administrative support activities.
  • Assist with administrative functions related to budgeting, purchasing, contract administration, and project coordination.
  • Support the preparation and monitoring of operating budgets and maintain inventory and expense control systems.
  • Compile information and prepare reports, correspondence, manuals, and other administrative documents as required.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to office support staff and assist in coordinating records management activities.
  • Assist management with staff scheduling, supplier coordination, and daily administrative operations of the business.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience of 1–2 years in office administration, administrative support, or a related office environment is required.
  • Completion of secondary school is required.
  • A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is an asset.
