Shine Contracting is seeking an Administrative Assistant to facilitate office operations. You will answer calls, handle incoming emails, and guide visitors to the right personnel. Your organizational skills will aid in maintaining office equipment and compiling essential data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer telephone and electronic inquiries promptly
• Prepare and submit daily work reports accurately
• Open and distribute mail and emails effectively
• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
• Maintain and oversee office equipment functionality
Requirements:
• High School diploma is necessary
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong oral communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiar with office equipment and software
