destinationone is pleased to partner with the Monark Group to recruit a highly organized, detail-driven Executive Assistant who will support the CEO and President. In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you’ll act as the right handto the CEO - ensuring schedules run smoothly, communication is streamlined, and top priorities are executed without friction. You’ll also work closely with the Chief of Staff and
senior leadership team to support the overall rhythm of the Executive Office.

Executive & Administrative SupportManage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, email, and meeting coordinationCoordinate complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and logisticsPrepare and edit internal and external correspondence, presentations, and reportsTrack follow-ups, ensure deadlines are met, and keep the CEO focused on top prioritiesLiaise with internal departments and external partners, including legal counsel and vendorsMaintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesEvent & Office CoordinationCoordinate logistics for internal meetings, team events, offsites, and executive retreatsOversee upkeep of the executive office, coffee bar, and boardroom areasSupport general office administration, including printing, filing, supplies, and courier servicesGreet and host guests and visitors to the Executive OfficeAd Hoc Projects & Special AssignmentsConduct research and gather information to support decision-makingAssist with project coordination across business initiativesMaintain and update business contact records, CRM entries, and digital filesAssist with special assignments and projects to support the CEO or executive team
