Southridge School, located in South Surrey, BC, is looking for a part-time Receptionist to cover lunch hours at both the Junior and Senior Schools. This role involves approximately 10 hours of work weekly, serving as the first contact for visitors and assisting with inquiries. This temporary position will start promptly and may run through late June 2027, with flexibility for adding hours when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operations at the reception areas

• Greet visitors and respond to admissions inquiries

• Direct calls and monitor reception activities

• Administer first aid and maintain student health spaces

• Enforce safety protocols during fire and lockdown drills

Requirements:

• At least two years of relevant work experience

• Certification in Standard First Aid

• Strong communication skills with a welcoming demeanor

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
