Position: Full-Time Clerk Typist

As a Clerk Typist/Office Assistant, you will provide essential support under the guidance of an Administrative Assistant or Manager. You’ll utilize strong communication and organizational skills to maintain records, prepare correspondence, and manage office functions effectively. Your ability to perform independently will help ensure smooth operations within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct word processing and data entry for various documents

• Prepare and maintain records and files efficiently

• Manage incoming correspondence and package shipping

• Organize meetings and record agendas and minutes

• Process payments and maintain related financial records

Requirements:

• Grade Twelve education and Office Administration Certificate

• One year of relevant administrative experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in office procedures and software

• Ability to type at least 45 w.p.m.
