Use program administration and analytical skills as a Program Assistant in Surrey, BC, supporting complex demand-side management programs at FortisBC.
This full-time regular position supports application processing, customer inquiries, invoices, tracking, and reporting. You will work with internal departments, contractors, customers, and cross-functional teams. Attention to detail, sound judgment, and intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge support accurate program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Process applications within demand-side management tracking systems
- Respond to customer and contractor rebate inquiries
- Validate, code, and process program invoice payments
- Identify operational issues and escalate when appropriate
- Complete data entry, tracking, and program reports
- Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related certificate
- At least two years of directly related recent experience
- Problem-solving, judgment, reasoning, and analytical skills
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Intermediate Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint knowledge
Support FortisBC programs through accurate administration, customer service, reporting, problem-solving, and detailed application processing.
