Wiseworth Canada Industries Ltd. seeks a customer-focused Service Coordinator for its head office in Surrey, British Columbia. You will schedule service activities, manage work orders, communicate with customers, and coordinate technicians, parts, and service priorities. The position supports preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, estimates, approvals, and accurate billing documentation.

• Schedule daily field service activities throughout the Lower Mainland
• Arrange preventive maintenance, repairs, and service appointments
• Maintain accurate work orders in business systems
• Review technician records and documentation before billing
• Coordinate customers, technicians, management, and parts personnel

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Service coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
• Microsoft Office proficiency and willingness to learn systems
