Transit Project Coordinator

Coordinate two active transit programs at AtkinsRéalis in Surrey, using project documentation, stakeholder communication, and schedule tracking skills onsite.

As Project Coordinator, you will support project teams, discipline leads, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Your work will centralize meetings, action tracking, registers, communications, and reporting for programs located at 9900 King George Blvd. You will help document decisions, monitor commitments, and support milestone delivery.

• Coordinate contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Prepare meetings, agendas, minutes, action logs, and follow-up
• Maintain registers, filing systems, document controls, and project records
• Track schedules, submissions, approvals, risks, delays, and overdue items
• Support mobilization, onboarding, handover, and closeout documentation

• Diploma or degree in construction, engineering, or project management
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle management
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, or similar platforms
• Organization, analytical ability, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Microsoft Office 365 and strong written and verbal communication
