Transit Project Coordinator

Coordinate active transit programs at AtkinsRéalis in Surrey, using document control and stakeholder communication to support project delivery. Work at the project site on King George Boulevard.

As Project Coordinator, you will support two active transit programs through daily coordination with project teams, discipline leads, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders. The work centers on documentation, meetings, registers, reporting, schedules, and project communications. You will help document decisions, track commitments, and support milestones safely and according to project requirements.

• Coordinate contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Organize meetings, agendas, minutes, action logs, and follow-up
• Maintain registers, filing systems, and document control processes
• Monitor schedules, submissions, approvals, reviews, and stakeholder commitments
• Support mobilization, handover, closeout, warranties, and as-built records

• Diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or project management
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle management
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar
• Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities
• Strong communication skills and Microsoft Office 365 proficiency
