We seek a detail-oriented Fleet Parts Advisor dedicated to Tesla's values. In this role, you will actively manage parts inventory, ensure readiness for service appointments, and collaborate seamlessly with different departments. Your organizational skills and commitment to quality will help maintain Tesla's high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Allocate parts to service appointments and maintain documentation
• Communicate availability and updates with team members
• Prepare internal orders for shipments to service locations
• Handle warranty part returns, including safety materials
• Systematically receive and inspect parts in the department
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills essential for teamwork
• Adaptability for critical project timelines
• Proven ability to manage workload and deadlines
• Valid driver’s license needed
• Capability to lift and handle repetitious tasks
