In this role, you will be instrumental in the vehicle delivery process, coordinating between various teams and ensuring that customers are welcomed and informed. The position requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, clear communication of product features, and meticulous vehicle inspection before delivery. Work with a variety of automotive brands while contributing to a friendly and innovative work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in customer greetings and vehicle support
• Inspect vehicles for damage and ensure cleanliness
• Coordinate deliveries and communicate with finance and detailing
• Follow up with customers post-delivery for satisfaction
• Maintain showroom appearance for customer engagement
Requirements:
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized with excellent time-management abilities
• Tech-savvy and fast learner of product details
• Valid British Columbia Driver’s License with good record
• Ability to perform additional duties as designated by management
