The successful candidate will possess a high school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of hands-on experience. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, overseeing the work of apprentices, and consulting with customers about their automotive needs while ensuring quality control throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect automotive systems for malfunctions
• Road test vehicles to assess performance
• Repair or replace parts and units
• Communicate repair findings to customers
• Train and mentor apprenticeship candidates
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate required
• 1-2 years of relevant automotive experience
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
