In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and fulfilling customer vehicle needs while contributing to Open Road's growing customer base. Your knowledge of automotive products and exceptional service will be key to this position, ensuring that customers receive detailed information and support throughout their vehicle purchasing journey. Your expertise and engaging personality will help foster a positive dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify vehicle needs through customer interaction

• Demonstrate products and facilitate test drives

• Stay informed about automotive technologies and trends

• Execute effective closing techniques for sales

• Deliver vehicles to customers while ensuring satisfaction

Requirements:

• Valid British Columbia Driver’s License with good driving history

• Current VSA MDC License

• Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Office

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
