This permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) facilitates a vital role in our Service Department. You will demonstrate expertise by performing diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and detailed repairs on Volkswagen vehicles. Upholding safety and quality standards while collaborating closely with service advisors is crucial in this environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles per manufacturer specifications

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections with precise documentation

• Communicate findings on mechanical issues clearly to the team

• Collaborate with Service Advisors for repair timelines

• Perform road tests and pre-delivery inspections on vehicles

Requirements:

• Red Seal Automotive Service Technician Certification or in process

• Previous automotive technician experience required

• Valid BC Driver’s license with satisfactory abstract

• Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
