We are one of the highest volume facilities with state‑of‑the‑art amenities and have a highly experienced team dedicated to the highest level of automotive expertise and customer care. Schedule: This is a full‑time, permanent role of 40 hours per week. The regular scheduled hours will be Monday - Friday.

Pay Range: This position is paid on a flat‑rate basis at $34.00 per hour.

This role reports to the Body Shop Manager.

• Perform structural and cosmetic collision repairs on a variety of vehicles
• Remove, repair, and replace damaged body panels and components
• Straighten frames and unibody structures using specialized equipment
• Weld, sand, fit, and prepare vehicles for the paint process
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards
• Diagnose and document additional damage as needed
• Work closely with estimators, parts, and paint departments to keep repairs on schedule
• Reassemble vehicles, including trim, lighting, and safety‑related components
• Perform final quality inspections to ensure a safe, professional repair
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and collision repair equipment
• Deliver high‑quality workmanship while meeting production and efficiency goals

• Automotive Body Repair Certification, I‑car structural welding Certification, and a positive can‑do attitude
• A valid BC Driver’s license is required, including a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
• Experience repairing and replacing body panels
• Welding and metal repair skills
• Frame and structural repair experience
• Knowledge of vehicle measuring systems
• Ability to read repair estimates and manufacturer procedures
• Detail oriented, with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

• Ability to regularly lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• High level of mobility, dexterity, endurance, and sensory awareness

• Indoor automotive shop with multiple service bays
• Exposure to noise (engines, air tools), fumes (exhaust, solvents), and dust
• Work performed around moving vehicles, hoists, and heavy equipment
• Temperature can vary (shops may be cooler in winter, warmer in summer despite heating/ventilation)
