In this full-time role, you will receive repair orders, communicate with the parts department, and evaluate vehicles for service needs. Open Road supports your growth through training while providing a structured and friendly work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform repairs per dealership and factory standards
• Document work completed and maintain records
• Inform management about any additional service needs
• Keep the shop clean and hazard-free
• Attend mandatory factory-sponsored training
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Technician license
• Working knowledge of automotive systems
• Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration
• Ability to make sound decisions
• Valid Canadian driver's license needed
