Join Canadian Tire’s automotive leadership as an Auto Business Support Manager. Focus on customer-centric strategies while facilitating operational excellence initiatives.
As a full-time Auto Business Support Manager, you will leverage your extensive background in automotive service, with a focus on championing best practices and enhancing the Dealer experience. Collaborate closely with Associate Dealers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and drive improvements in the automotive service sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Dealers
• Spearhead initiatives to promote the True North Strategy
• Coach staff on Operational Excellence Program best practices
• Facilitate effective communication during regional service meetings
• Develop co-op training programs with educational institutions
Requirements:
• At least 10 years of automotive service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of financial levers in the automotive service
• Ability to navigate operational requests and online tools
• Familiarity with emerging automotive technologies
