This position at NAPA - Stoughton requires an individual skilled in auto and agricultural parts, especially in the oilfield sector. You'll engage in tire changeovers, inspections, and various services while acquiring knowledge in hydraulic hose building. The role demands physical stamina and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute tire changeovers and rotations with accuracy
• Mount, balance, and inspect vehicle tires
• Cut and crimp hydraulic hoses using shop tools
• Safely lift heavy objects, up to 60 lbs
• Maintain a long-standing standing position during shifts
Requirements:
• Knowledge of automotive parts or agricultural tools
• Strong mechanical skills or experience preferred
• Basic computer skills are a plus
• Capability to handle physical tasks effectively
• Commitment to training and skill enhancement
