As a Parts Advisor, you will be vital to our operations s full-time position requires familiarity with automotive equipment, exceptional service skills, and a commitment to maintaining inventory standards. Your insights and expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction and ensure the smooth functioning of our parts department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve guests with excellent customer service
• Manage parts orders and related logistics
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requests
• Consult customers on parts alternatives when necessary
• Maintain organized and secure storage for parts
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and equipment
• Effective record-keeping and report preparation skills
• Valid BC driver’s license
• Ability to work collaboratively within the team
