The Jim Pattison Auto Group is seeking a dependable, energetic, and well-organized Service Attendant to support our Jim Pattison Volvo Cars Surrey dealership. As a supporting role within our Service department, you’ll help ensure our vehicles are well presented to our customers.

ScheduleThis is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week.
Pay Range$19.00 per hour

A Day in the Life- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of customer vehicles, including exterior washing and interior cleaning
- Carefully move, arrange, and relocate guest vehicles
- Promptly report any potential issues with vehicles or dealership property
- Safely use tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company and customer information
- Help foster a supportive and engaging work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- A valid BC Driver’s licence and a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract are required
- Previous automotive industry experience is a strong asset
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- This is a physically active role that involves:
- Frequent walking throughout the dealership and lot
- Walking or standing for extended periods
- Regularly driving automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Washing vehicles, including handling various cleaning products and frequent bending, crouching, and reaching
- Spending significant time outdoors in all weather conditions, including sun, rain, wind, snow, cold, and heat (conditions are monitored for safety as needed)

This role requires successful candidates to submit a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract from ICBC.
