Help Gartner clients achieve priorities from Egham or Barcelona through onboarding, service alignment, and stakeholder collaboration. Strong Dutch and English communication are essential.
This Client Success Associate role supports the Gartner subscription experience for decision makers and large client teams. You will identify priorities, connect clients with Gartner experts, and align resources to business needs. The role also contributes to service delivery, business results, satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand client priorities and business challenges
- Connect clients with Gartner’s expert community
- Deliver value to subscription decision makers
- Collaborate with internal Gartner stakeholders
- Share practices and design solutions for obstacles
- Business-level Dutch and English fluency
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Six months relevant experience or internship experience preferred
- Passion for delighting clients
- Communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
