You will provide quotes to Sales and Customer Support Advisors while administering contractual preventive maintenance business. The work includes service coordination, contract tracking, invoicing, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Quote and set up preventive maintenance agreements
- Administer and track agreement information
- Review, close, and invoice completed jobs
- Coordinate service with customers and technicians
- Monitor contracted machines using John Deere Link
- Experience maintaining construction equipment
- Experience with service delivery activities and processes
- Previous Service Writer experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, timeliness, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in high-volume workloads
