As Senior Manager, AI Transformation, you will report to the CEO and guide AI across marketing, ecommerce, finance, operations, and innovation. You will prioritize use cases, build roadmaps, and establish governance with Finance and IT. The role emphasizes operator-led execution over technical building.
Key Responsibilities:- Build prioritized AI strategies aligned with growth and operational goals
- Identify use cases and recommend priorities to the ELT
- Coordinate initiatives, milestones, dependencies, owners, and timelines
- Embed AI processes into workflows, procedures, and team KPIs
- Track productivity, revenue impact, adoption, risks, and opportunities
- Six to eight or more years in business execution roles
- Two or more years applying AI tools to business problems
- Hands-on fluency with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or automation platforms
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and adoption programs
- Strong process mapping, program management, and stakeholder leadership skills
