Lead Canada-wide pricing strategy at Sandvik using advanced Excel, profitability analysis, and commercial decision support across Parts & Services.
As Pricing Specialist, you will lead customer pricing programs, Fixed Price Agreements, annual adjustments, and pricing governance across Canada. The work includes developing recommendations, supporting negotiations, and improving commercial decision-making. You will also guide pricing methodologies and collaborate with global teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Fixed Price Agreement reviews and renewals
- Analyze profitability, pricing performance, and market competitiveness
- Develop customer pricing recommendations and annual increases
- Establish Canadian pricing procedures, standards, and training
- Improve pricing tools, dashboards, and processes
- Five or more years in pricing, finance, analytics, or related fields
- Experience developing pricing strategy and profitability analysis
- Advanced Excel skills in data analysis and financial modelling
- Experience managing contracts, agreements, or commercial negotiations
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
