North Western Property Maintenance (NWPM) is hiring a Landscape Construction Foreman to lead our synthetic grass and landscape construction crews
. This role is for a hands‑on leader who runs clean, efficient job sites, takes pride in quality installs, and enjoys seeing projects transform from start to finish

• Lead and manage landscape construction crews with a strong focus on synthetic grass installations
• Plan daily work, manage job flow, and keep projects on schedule
• Perform and oversee base prep, grading, edging, turf installation, and finishing details
• Read plans, manage materials, and ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
• Train, mentor, and hold crew members accountable
• Communicate progress, issues, and improvement opportunities with management

• Operate company plow trucks and salting equipment during winter months
• Clear roadways, strata complexes, and commercial properties safely and efficiently
• Participate in an on‑call rotation during winter snow and ice events
• Availability may include early mornings, evenings, overnight, and weekends as required by weather conditions
• Follow winter operations SOPs, routes, and safety procedures

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on landscape construction experience; synthetic grass experience is a strong asset but not required
• Proven leadership and job‑site organization skills
• Physically capable and hands‑on — you lead by example
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
• Positive attitude with a problem‑solving mindset
• Valid driver’s license required
