Position: Roofing Estimator/ Project Manager
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in the roofing or construction industry working in an architectural/structural design or project management position.Diploma or greater in Construction or Project Management, General Business, Architectural Design, or other related educational experience.Knowledge of basic roofing principles and codes and ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, specifications, and drawings.Previous experience with Taper Plus and AutoCAD preferred.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Professional communication skills with a proficiency in English, both oral and written, is required.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.#indcs
