Key Responsibilities:

• Create estimates for labor and material requirements

• Draft pre-qualification submissions for client consideration

• Interpret blueprints and specifications for project needs

• Leverage CADD software for project estimation

• Communicate adjustments with contractors and engineers

Requirements:

• College/CEGEP diploma required

• 1-2 years of estimating experience

• Membership in the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors

• Work must be performed at the job site

• Authorization to live and work in Canada
