Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a painting crew of 3 to 4 members

• Prepare production and project reports regularly

• Ensure the safety of all workers on site

• Estimate costs and order necessary supplies

• Provide training and supervision for apprentices

Requirements:

• Graduation from secondary school required

• Experience of 1 to 7 months in construction

• Must work at various painting locations

• Strong organizational and leadership qualities

• Familiarity with blueprints and project specifications
