Surrey Residential Construction Supervisor

Project Roofing Limited is hiring a Residential Construction Supervisor in Surrey, BC. This role is for a full-time leader focused on construction project supervision and team training.

As the Residential Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing up to 10 workers on-site at Project Roofing Limited. You will leverage your 2-3 years of residential construction experience to train employees, estimate material costs, and enforce safety standards rigorously. This role is strictly full-time with no remote work options, ensuring hands-on leadership and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of construction projects

• Implement training programs for new and existing staff

• Estimate and requisition necessary materials for construction

• Monitor health and safety practices on site

• Interpret blueprints and oversee project adherence to designs

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in construction

• Secondary education qualification is mandatory

• Strong leadership skills over a small team

• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and practices

• Must be a Canadian resident eligible for work
