Join our team as a Full-Time Construction Estimator in Surrey, BC. Offering $40.50 per hour, this role is ideal for candidates with a background in estimating and project analysis.
We require an experienced estimator with 2 to 3 years in commercial or residential construction. Your key tasks will include preparing detailed cost estimates based on blueprints, conducting feasibility studies, and managing financial aspects of projects. This is a full-time, permanent position located at our Surrey site with no remote work options.
Key Responsibilities:
• Estimate labor and material costs with precision
• Prepare and submit bid forms and reports
• Analyze drawings to establish requirements
• Develop and maintain project cost monitoring systems
• Track contract expenditures efficiently
Requirements:
• Must have a secondary school graduation certificate
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Strong organizational skills and client focus
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
