With 2 to 3 years of experience required, you'll be responsible for supervising construction projects and personnel while coordinating activities and improving processes. A strong knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to read blueprints are essential.
Your role will include training staff, resolving onsite issues, and ensuring productivity standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate construction worker activities
• Improve productivity and quality processes
• Schedule work and training for project teams
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Read and interpret blueprints for project execution
Requirements:
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in construction
• Proficient in reading construction drawings
• Flexibility and reliability as a supervisor
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
