Lead commercial tenant improvement projects as a Site Superintendent with a notable General Contractor in British Columbia. Manage projects from $1M to $5M in an engaging construction environment.
This hands-on position is perfect for an organized Superintendent with 5-10+ years of experience in commercial construction. You will be responsible for overseeing site operations while coordinating various trades and subcontractors. Strong skills in Procore and Site Docs will aid in project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project site operations from start to finish
• Direct subcontractor and trade partner activities
• Sustain project schedules, quality, and safety standards
• Organize regular site meetings with all stakeholders
• Keep meticulous site documentation using Procore and Site Docs
Requirements:
• 5–10+ years as a Site Superintendent in commercial projects
• Proven success in tenant improvements and base building
• Strong knowledge of Procore and Site Docs systems
• Established network of contractors in BC
• Willingness to travel as project demands
