Position: On-Site Construction Estimator Role

As a Construction Estimator, you will work at the physical site, analyzing blueprints and specifications to prepare accurate estimates. Your expertise will also include project cash flow projections and conducting economic feasibility studies for various projects. Collaborating closely with engineers and contractors, your insights will help shape project financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates for labor and material costs

• Read blueprints to determine project requirements

• Operate CADD software for detailed analysis

• Create and submit estimate reports and bids

• Liaise with stakeholders on cost estimate adjustments

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 3 to 5 years of relevant estimating experience

• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures

• Proficiency in quantity take-off processes

• Ability to monitor contract expenditures
