Bothwell-Accurate is seeking a full-time Roofing Project Manager to coordinate commercial roofing initiatives effectively. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with SBS flat roofing systems and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication abilities. You will develop project plans, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage planning, execution, and completion of roofing projects
• Coordinate crews and subcontractors for seamless workflow
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Build strong professional relationships with clients
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with SBS flat roofing systems
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of WorkSafeBC and RCABC safety protocols
• Proficient in project management software
• High school diploma required; degree preferred
