Construction Helper

Position: Full-Time Construction Helper
Join a reputable construction team in Surrey, BC as a Full-Time Construction Helper. Be part of impactful green job projects while performing essential construction tasks daily.

This permanent position offers hands-on training and focuses on constructing residential structures. You'll perform key responsibilities such as mixing and pouring concrete, erecting scaffolding, and cleaning up job sites. Working at the site’s physical location, you’ll engage in a physically demanding role that also contributes to Canada’s environmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding and concrete forms

• Mix, pour, and spread concrete and asphalt

• Assist with framing houses and erecting walls

• Clean construction sites and remove debris

Requirements:

• Must be a permanent or temporary resident of Canada

• Physically capable of handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

• Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work under pressure

• No remote work option available

• Willingness to learn and train on the job
