Novacom seeks a skilled Project Manager to oversee Tenant Improvement projects across various commercial sectors. This position emphasizes budget management, site coordination, and maintaining client relationships. Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction, using modern software for efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Issue contracts and manage project setup documents
• Control budgets, schedules, and financial reporting
• Coordinate with subtrades and suppliers effectively
• Collaborate with Site Superintendents on project delivery
• Prepare monthly progress claims and invoices
Requirements:
• 5–10 years' experience in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and TI work
• Relevant post-secondary education in construction
• Proficient with construction software;
Procore is a plus
• Valid driver's license for site visits across Lower Mainland
