Pre-Construction Estimator BC

Responsibility includes coordinating supplier pricing and reviewing specifications and drawings for comprehensive project understanding. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit detailed estimates and tenders  

• Engage with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing  

• Review specifications and project designs thoroughly  

• Aid in procurement and scheduling for pre-construction  

• Work alongside PMs and consultants for project success  

Requirements:

• 3–7+ years in estimating or pre-construction roles  

• Experience with PEMB or structural steel is advantageous  

• Familiar with Procore and Bluebeam documentation tools  

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities  

• Capability to handle multiple tender projects at once
