Construction Labourer at Bole Construction

Bole Construction Inc. is seeking construction labourers in Surrey, BC. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $25 – $28 per hour based on experience.

You will assist skilled tradespeople in a range of construction and restoration tasks. Ideal candidates have experience in building restoration and waterproofing, can work independently, and possess strong communication skills. This is a permanent, year-round role that requires reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites

• Assist with waterproofing and envelope repair tasks

• Set up scaffolding, ladders, and safety barriers

• Remove deteriorated building materials efficiently

• Apply waterproofing membranes and sealants under supervision

Requirements:

• 1+ years of construction experience required

• Ability to work productively with minimal supervision

• Good communication skills in English

• Reliable transportation essential

• References may be requested for reliability
