We are looking for a competent Insulator Helper to join our construction team in Surrey, BC. Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, erecting forms, and cleaning up messy sites. Successful candidates will maintain safety standards while conducting routine maintenance and managing heavy loads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, transport, and unload construction materials

• Erect barricades and scaffolding as required

• Clean up construction debris and spills

• Level earth and maintain grading standards

• Operate equipment and manage traffic flow on site

Requirements:

• Permanent Canadian residency or valid work permit

• Capacity to handle heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)

• Accuracy and reliability in completing tasks

• Hardworking mindset with teamwork orientation

• Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions
