Support construction initiatives as a Project Administrator. Ensure successful project execution by coordinating with various stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and monitoring quality.
In this position, you will assist in fieldwork and project administration, keeping projects on schedule and within scope. You will engage with owners, engineers, and contractors to address challenges, helping to deliver results effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update shop drawings and track RFIs
• Confirm accuracy of subcontractor RFIs
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings for issue resolution
• Directly manage subcontractors or project segments
• Conduct inspections and maintain progress records
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in construction or relevant education
• Knowledge of project management software
• Team-focused approach to achieving objectives
• Previous involvement with hospital or ICI projects is beneficial
• Strong organizational and communication skills
