Your Mission
Your job is to make sure New Life Electric runs smoothly, safely, and profitably.
You’ll be the engine behind the scenes coordinating crews, ordering materials, keeping projects on track, and making sure our electricians can focus on doing great work without unnecessary roadblocks.
What You’ll Be Doing
Organizing and managing day‑to‑day operations
Scheduling and supporting ~10 field technicians
Making sure every job is ready before crews arrive
Tracking job progress, quality, budgets, and customer satisfaction
Keeping projects on time and on budget
Completing job costing within 5 days of close‑out
Managing change orders so nothing slips through the cracks
Running safety meetings and keeping WorkSafeBC compliance tight
Visiting job sites to check safety and workmanship
Training, mentoring, and supporting electricians and apprentices
Helping improve systems like Contractor Foreman
Working closely with ownership on planning, forecasting, and growth
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in electrical contracting, construction management, or similar
Experience leading or supervising field crews
Strong understanding of electrical service and construction work
Red Seal Electrician is a big plus (or equivalent experience)
Organized, proactive, and good with people
Comfortable juggling multiple jobs and priorities
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Valid driver’s license and able to visit job sites
