- Education:
College/CEGEP - Experience:
5 years or more Tasks - Coordinate subcontractors activities
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
- Read blueprint, schemas and drawings
- Plan and manage budgets
- Develop risk management plans
- Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies Health benefits
