Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review MMCD tender documents
• Fulfill MMCD Contract Administrator duties
• Coordinate and delegate inspection tasks
• Create and review detailed inspection reports
• Liaise with Engineers of Record as needed
Requirements:
• 4+ years in construction or field experience
• Proficient in interpreting contracts and specifications
• MMCD Contract Administration Certification preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage confrontational situations professionally
