Key responsibilities also include monitoring and adjusting expenditure to keep projects aligned with budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate estimates for general expenses and overheads
• Liaise with architects and contractors regarding changes
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Establish and maintain cost reporting systems
• Monitor contract expenditures effectively
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate required
• Experience of 1-2 years in similar role
• On-site availability in Surrey necessary
• Permanent residency or valid work permit in Canada
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders
