Construction Manager – Project Oversight

This permanent full-time role requires overseeing daily activities of a small team and driving construction projects to success. With one to two years of experience, you'll leverage your organizational skills to prepare schedules, supervise subcontractors, and implement effective quality control programs. You will also prepare contracts and negotiate terms to align with project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize daily construction operations
• Prepare and submit project budget estimates
• Hire and supervise subcontractor activities
• Monitor progress against construction schedules
• Establish quality control policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to read blueprints, schemas, and drawings
• Strong organizational skills as a project leader
• Capable of managing 3-4 staff members
