Lead construction projects for Novacom in Surrey as a Project Manager specializing in commercial Tenant Improvements. Manage and deliver projects valued from $2M–$10M with a focus on innovation and quality.
Novacom is on the lookout for a capable Project Manager with broad experience in commercial construction. This role emphasizes effective project administration, cost management, and strong relationship-building with clients and consultants. Engage with site teams and ensure high standards in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Issue contracts and manage WCB notices for projects
• Oversee budgets, change orders, and financial reporting
• Coordinate with subtrades for efficient project execution
• Collaborate with Site Superintendents for success
• Prepare invoicing and monthly progress claims
Requirements:
• 5–10 years' experience, ideally as a Project Manager
• Comprehensive understanding of construction and TI work
• Relevant post-secondary education in construction
• Proficient in modern construction software tools
• Valid driver's license for regional site visits
