We are seeking a skilled Demolition Foreman at our Surrey, BC job site, offering a competitive salary of $41/hour. This full-time position focuses on supervising demolition projects effectively.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of solid construction experience and a secondary school graduation certificate. As a Demolition Foreman, you will lead project schedules, manage workforce activities, provide training, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Your role will directly impact the quality and efficiency of our demolition projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train demolition teams
• Resolve technical and productivity issues
• Estimate costs and requisition materials
• Monitor work schedules and methods
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Requirements:
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1-2 years of experience in construction
• Eligibility to work in Canada (permanent or temporary resident)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
